Is a UBI Optimism implementation being developed?
Does anyone reckon UBI development and Donations on Optimism could be approved for retroactive funding in the future? I think it would and also think it is now rational to angel fund a Optimism UBI development and Donation project as retro funding could offer a substantial return by design.
